We started in martial arts and fitness in 1969.
We teach the Martial Art of Karate, the Style is Chinese (Kung Fu) and the system is Kenpo.
Our mission is to provide a vehicle for everyone of all ages to realize their full potential, get strong, be confident, get into great shape, make friends, and learn self-defense ... while having fun.

Professional Self Defence Studio offers group classes, private lessons, or a combination of the two. The difference is that private instruction teaches students one-on-one, at their own pace, and students choose lesson times. Moreover, students learn 7 to 17 times faster than in our group classes. However, we specialize not only in self-defence but in physical fitness, and students become fitter faster in our unlimited group classes, featuring fitness kickboxing.
Professional Self Defence Studio uses modern training methods, traditional kata, and weapon defence as a broad foundation from which students learn the essence of self-defence. In addition, our comprehensive course develops confidence, discipline, and character.
